I recognize that the installation of my new fence was a difficult undertaking because of the way that the land slopes.  Despite that obstacle to attaining an esthetic result, always a consideration for a homeowner, the appearance of the installed fence exceeded what I expected.

In addition, you voluntarily corrected, without being asked, another fence on my property that was installed improperly by someone else.  Your initiative went beyond our agreed upon services, and you did it without any consideration for compensation.

Finally, in addition to personally being very pleasant, you were very fair in your rate for the installation.  I had a similar installation done ten years ago and, despite the increased cost for everything else, your charges barely exceeded those of so many years back.   You are now my "fence man" and I will not hesitate to recommend your services.
